Position Title: Enterprise Content Records Management (ECRM) Analyst

Salary: $52,000 – $72,000 per year commensurate with experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited institution OR an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited institution AND two (2) years’ experience in enterprise applications support. Exposure to enterprise records management systems preferred. 

 Hyland OnBase certification will be required within six (6) months of employment.

 It is the policy of Allegheny County that in order to receive a final offer of employment, candidates must successfully pass a background check, which includes verification of Allegheny County Real Estate Tax status, and drug/medical examinations as required for the position.

 Additionally, it is the policy of Allegheny County that in order to receive a final offer of employment, candidates for positions within the executive branch must provide proof of a Covid-19 vaccination. The prospective employee will need to be fully vaccinated or have at least one shot of a two-shot series before beginning work. Any employee who does not receive and provide proof of the second shot within 30 days will have their probationary employment terminated. Allegheny County will allow for medical and religious exemptions from the requirements in accordance with state and federal law.


Position Summary:

The Enterprise Content Records Management (ECRM) Analyst will work alongside Administrators as part of a small team learning the existing functionality of Allegheny County’s records management system. The ECRM Analyst will assist with key system functions such as configuring forms, electronic workflows, building new items and processes within the system across departments. The ECRM Analyst will also serve as a point of contact troubleshooting and resolving issues.



Duties:
  • Works with the team to identify organizational needs related the software system Hyland OnBase.
  • Assists with developing, implementing, and documenting software updates, upgrades, and new system processes.
  • Implements, tests, and integrates new software applications.
  • Discovers and learns system functionality for process improvements.
  • Troubleshoots workflow issues.
  • Provides instruction and training to staff when necessary.
  • Addresses and investigates support tickets through resolution.
  • Communicates solutions and trains supports system users.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of:
  • Microsoft Office 365.
  • Enterprise Records Management Systems (such as Hyland OnBase, Hyland Alfresco, IBM Content Manager or similar ECRM system).
  • Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, SCCM, Active Directory, and/or desktop troubleshooting.

Ability to:
  • Adapt to changing assignments and multiple shifting priorities.
  • Manage multiple tasks while successfully meeting deadlines.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with departments, managers, supervisors, and employees.
  • Work closely with various departments to address their requirements and align them with ECRM capabilities.
