Minimum Requirements:
- An associate degree in a related field, along with a minimum of one (1) year of coordination experience and/or staff supervision AND a minimum of six (6) months experience in working with a database-driven computer application, preferably a computerized mass appraisal system.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Prior work experience within Office of Property Assessment (OPA) is strongly preferred.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Program Administrator, this position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and timely completion of a wide variety of tasks performed by the Office of Property Assessment (OPA), including both in-office and in-field tasks. Both categories of tasks require the day-to-day accurate tracking of each task within the mass appraisal computer system (IASWorld). The tasks may be driven by automated or manual processes.
Overview:
Duties:
- Create, assign, and distribute assignments to staff.
- Daily monitoring and intervention of workflow statuses.
- Provide monthly and as-needed status reports to management.
- Provide subject matter expertise and training for data entry staff.
- Work with Office of Property Assessment (OPA) management to prioritize assignments.
- Work with all levels of OPA staff to assist with the timely completion of their tasks.
- Interact with municipal sources of building permits.
- Participate in special projects and perform other managerial or administrative duties as needed.
